The big move...
I know this is so sudden, but the past 2 months have been a whirlwind! Work-related, family-related, visa-related, health-related...a
whole bunch of events that kept me busy. Long story, but in all I have decided to move on from Japan after 5 years there
and although originally intending to relocate to New York, I moved to Los Angeles on a whim! During my move in Tokyo my body
broke down and I ended up in the ER. Thank the Lord for my improving health and safe travel between Hawaii, Japan and L.A.
This is a huge city, tons of cars, heavy traffic and will take getting used to. But in my 17 days here so far, I've managed
to get somewhat settled. Thanks to my friends who are helping me get started here in L.A., and of course to all my friends
& supporters in Japan who have stuck with me all those years. Here, the possibilities are endless, it's just of matter
of me not giving up on my dream. Stay tuned! Aloha, Kien
