Kien
performed at Hollywood Fight Club Theater as the Tinman in "Yellow Brick Road," an adaptation from the film "Wizard
of Oz." Singing and dancing through his solo number "If I Only Had a Heart," he enjoyed telling the magical
story of Dorothy and Oz with his fellow cast members, both adults and kids!

Club FUEL (Studio City, CA) Sept. 21, 2008
Club
FUEL in Studio City hosts an event called "Tard and Feathered" which features artists, bands and singers.
September's artist was Christine Chang and different bands play live while she works on painting her piece. I was
the opening act and dedicated the first song, "A Song For You," to Christine and we all had a great time.
Kien was
invited by choreographer Ramie Becker to dance in R.A.I.D's second appearance at the EchoPlex's monthly event "Bootie
L.A." The event features mashups of two songs from two completely different artists and provides high energy music
for people who want to let loose and dance! R.A.I.D's midnight performance for a packed house was a hit and Ramie
dressed Kien in pink to complete her casting of "Mexican wrestlers." For more info. visit www.bootiela.com
KIEN J. in Kylie Minogue's music video for "WOW" from her new album "X". (Hollywood
- January 16, 2008)
No cameras were allowed on set. Our costumes were awesome though...very futuristic, wacky, full
on! I had tight white pants, designer purple and gray Nike's, a shimmery silver vest and a skinny purple
neck tie. I met a lot of cool people on the set too...we all had a great time. Kylie was gracious, sexy and
thanked us all at the end of the shoot.
Listen to "WOW" on her website.
At about :40
seconds you can see a clear shot of Kien smiling as he turns toward the camera.
Kien was
cast in "JUNK," his first musical audition since moving to Los Angeles. The show, labeled "...a
new cult classic," just completed an 8-week run at the Lyric Theater on La Brea Ave. and on Oct. 14th recorded a live
cast recording at the Echo Plex Concert Hall. For more info. visit www.myspace.com/junkrockopera

KIEN on the set of music video for OMARION's "Cut Off Time" feat. KAT DE LUNA (Hollywood - August 22, 2007)
Sorry guys...my camera decided not to work right when I met Omarion. But I managed to snap one with
Kat De Luna (singer of last year's summer smash hit "Whine Up") ... she was such a sweetie.
